The agreement

Terms of use.

Effective 1 November 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Dayweave, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and invitations

You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. Beta access is personal, limited and may not be transferred. You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping access to your devices and account secure.

3. What Dayweave does

Dayweave organises authorised calendar, task, communication and household information; provides AI-assisted summaries and suggestions; and can prepare or execute approved actions through connected services. Available features may differ by account, device, provider and beta stage.

4. Your connected accounts and approvals

You choose which services to connect and are responsible for having authority to use them. Dayweave will request provider permissions and may require fresh confirmation before sensitive operations. You remain responsible for reviewing recipients, dates, times, content and other details before approval. Provider services remain governed by their own terms.

5. AI limitations

AI-generated summaries, priorities, extracted commitments and drafts may be incomplete or wrong. They are assistance, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Dayweave should not be relied upon as the sole record of a deadline, emergency, payment or legally significant obligation.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Dayweave, probe or bypass security, access another person's information without authority, upload unlawful or harmful content, send spam, impersonate others, interfere with service operation, or use the service to make automated high-impact decisions about another person.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of information you provide. You give Dayweave a limited permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the user-facing service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to content you provide or share.

8. Household sharing

Information deliberately placed in shared household areas may be visible to authorised household members. Household owners manage membership and roles. Private work records and connected accounts are not household content unless the product clearly offers and you explicitly choose a sharing action.

9. Beta availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue beta functionality; impose usage limits; or remove access where necessary for security, capacity, policy or testing. We will take reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Charges

The private beta is currently provided without a subscription charge unless we tell you otherwise before you accept a paid plan. Future subscriptions, trials and renewals will be presented separately with applicable platform terms and pricing.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dayweave is provided “as is” during the beta. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, provider outages, or loss caused by acting on unreviewed AI output.

12. Ending use

You may stop using Dayweave and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious misuse, security risk or breach of these terms. Provisions that naturally survive termination—including ownership, liability and dispute terms—remain effective.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
